Hi!
Made it to Thailand safe and sound, with only one semi-intense security search. What with so many Korean pop magazines and movies to watch the flights whipped by(who knew Matthew McConaughey was such a star in Korea?) .

I checked into our resort last night around 2 a.m. Khao Lak time (which means Monday morning here), which I think is about 2 p.m. at home (Sunday). The humidity is intense, it's as if someone stuck the whole country in a bathroom and turned the shower on 'superhot.' I can see the Andaman sea from my third story bungalow. It's incredible.

Lots of people waiting for the computers . . . much more later. Orientation all day long.

XO, Julie

Saturday afternoon. Stacey at JFK before our 14-hour flight.

Saturday. Cute little Korean stewardesses.

Sunday (?). View from flight number 2 (New York to Korea), somewhere way north of Canada.

Sunday. Airport in Seoul.

Sunday. Airport in Seoul. In South Korea it's all the rage to dress like your lover, apparently. Needless to say, this provided me with endless amounts of entertainment.

Monday. Khao Lak, Thailand. Abby after breakfast.
